- Building Rules and Regulations
1. A Max of 4 Individuals with the exception of large single unit family can rent the property.
2. The Property cannot be used for specific events or entertainment i.e., bachelors’ parties, DJ nights, birthday parties, pool parties, adult parties, and other commercially intended entertainment, or any other ‘party’ or ‘event’ destination).
3. Rental Tenants must accept and sign the building and apartment ‘Rules and Regulations’ associated with their rental contracts (Airbnb agreement) prior to any commitment.
4. As part of the rules and regulation policy, all tenants must provide clear copies of their IDs or Passports; in addition to a referral contact and a mobile number in case of an emergency.
5. Rental tenants must adhere to acceptable noise levels within the building. It is generally accepted that noise be kept at a reasonable level after 20:00 PM. Exceptions are made for long-term rental tenants during annual public events and special occasions (i.e., New Year’s Eve).
6. Rental tenants must comply with parking allocations within the parking garage, including a maximum of two cars within the designated area.
7. Rental tenants are allowed to access the rooftop swimming pool area which is not private (Max 4 persons). Eating, drinking (glass containers), shisha/hookah in addition to sexual intimacy and loud behavior are strictly prohibited by the pool.
8. For convenience, the tenant may choose to maintain personal property (e.g., lounge chairs) in the rooftop swimming pool area. It is to be understood that the amount of property should not be excessive in size or quantity, and it should be moved to the edge of the rooftop area when not in use. In addition, it is to be understood that no tenant should make use of any property that is not explicitly their own.
9. Rental tenants can ask for Property location.
10. Due to current country power/electricity outage, rental tenants can ask for the Power Generator Schedule.
